We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging. Some items may be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or custom nature.
To start a return, please visit our Stores or contact our customer service team. You’ll need your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise stated in our policy.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.
